I don’t often do barbell squats because of my prior back injury butttt when I do I like to lower the weight and really dial in on mind muscle connection 👏🏼 if you’re unable to perform certain movements it’s absolutely okay to find an alternative or simply lower the weight to prevent injury! ☺️
Barbell squats - 4x10
Deadlifts - 4x10
Reverse lunges - 3x15 each leg
Weighted donkey kick - 3x20 each leg
