Is the bottom of your green bin starting to resemble The Upside Down? Cleaning your green bin regularly will help it look less like a creepy alternative dimension. Use a garden hose and mild detergent, or a vinegar/ water mix. Scrub the inside of the bin with a long-handled brush, and dump the soapy mix onto grass, gravel or into your garden, not down the catch basin (it’s not healthy for our sewers).
