START HERE 👇🏾 Balancing a healthy lifestyle 💕 can be a challange especially for us busy mums! Hitting my weekly goals for me looks like; • Spending time with my family • Working out • Helping my clients reach their goals • Making my seamoss • Taking my dogs for daily walks • Jucing! • Cooking nourishing meals Here are some of the tips I share with my online coaching clients to help them they focused when reaching their goals👇🏾 1. Envision the kind of person you want to become Reflect on who you are now and envision who you want to become. Keeping the picture of yourself being the person you want to become in the front of your mind, helping you overcome the challenging time, and be more consistent. 2. Establish the goals you want to achieve Thinking of the person you want to become, what does this kind of person have or achieve? The answers are the goals you want to achieve by the end. There might be many goals, but don’t be overwhelmed. 3. Break down into smaller tasks to do daily Answer the question: what do you need to do daily to achieve your goal? Then you can define the daily tasks to help you stay on track. Let’s say your goal is to build strength in the gym you can start small and increase the intensity gradually. 4. Educate yourself Educate yourself by investing in a coach or online course around health or nutrition. Or follow wellness experts, or influencers in wellness and fitness space to be inspired. We really need to feel the beat to jump in and Unfollow any one who’s not serving your growth! 5. Plan your transformation Transformation does not happen overnight girl! The next step is to plan when and how long you need to achive your goal! Be realistic, from my experience the body takes at least 90 days to change so be prepared to be consistent. Planning enables you to better manage your schedule, and avoid doing everything in a rush. However, be flexible also.
