(criminal prosecutor & civil defense); and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (employment law-having the warden’s back when they tried to punish bad officers but the union would pour money into trying to make the warden keep the bad officers). ⚖️ I quit during the pandemic after reevaluating my personal & professional life. I launched @pardonattorney November 1, 2020, and was asked to be on @cnn to cover #clemency as an expert after only 50 days in December 2020! From there I’ve been on a bunch of major networks, featured on your favorite blogs, ran for Congress, and more! ⚖️ I’m an open book and share my wins as well as losses in my stories & highlights. 💜 I rep for the underdogs cause I’ve always been the one to be counted out. Similarly, individuals with convictions are always counted out despite their talents and accomplishments. So, I help prevent folks from getting convictions by structuring their businesses properly @trademarkyourpassion & I help folks with convictions by giving them the cheat sheet to accurately prepare their petitions for clemency to increase their chances of a favorable recommendation that could lead to a grant.
