Available now at both their Fishtown and West Philly locations. 🍨 Behind the flavor: using our latest Kenya Woojeong offering, the Weckerly’s team creatively steeped our whole beans in cold sweet cream for 24 hours to produce the delicious coffee ice cream base. Then, they graciously stored our unsold @bloomsdaycafe croissants in their freezer until they accumulated enough to turn into sugary croissant croutons that you’ll crunch into with each bite.
