DEEP TROPICS 💛🌴 What a beautiful weekend full of just the most amazing music and people. From meeting and connecting with all the amazing ladies in the @thefestivalbabes house to dancing to so much incredible music, to exploring all of the beautiful art, something in my soul was healed. Something I particularly loved was the massive emphasis on the importance of taking care of our planet this festival had. All of the cups were reusable, every bit of dishware was compostable, there were compost and recycling bins everywhere, and there were so many environmental education activations to explore. I think every festival can look at Deep Tropics and learn something. It was a beautiful reminder that festivals don’t have to continue to produce the massive amount of waste that they so often do.
