POV: 2023 is the year your healthy behaviours last beyond January & become a part of your identity.
Research from survey’s and poll’s show that majority of people make new years resolutions related to their health & fitness but a very small % are confident they will last into February.
When it comes to building habits that stick my best advice is:
✨Get clear on what YOU want, not on what others tell you you should want
✨Describe why your goal is meaningful to you
✨Focus on consistency over intensity & you stick to a pace you can sustain
✨ Learn to adapt when obstacles get in the way
✨ Create accountability by tracking your progress
✨ Find support or community where the behaviour you want to adopt is the norm
