Sunday Funday in my little slice of heaven, which I’ve dubbed “The Ladies’ Lounge”. Right out my bathroom door is my own outdoor oasis and I love my little Sunday ritual I’ve come up with over the last few months that helps reset me back to a place to calm. Complete with my beloved infrared sauna, my beautiful outdoor pebble shower, and my bathtub with perhaps one of my favorite views on the property. Sunday’s are for days of rest and self care- I like to start mine with some dry brushing (always toward the heart!), a 45 minute sweat session in my sauna (and never without my ice face mask... those with hyperpigmentation will understand what heat will do to your face, no bueno), a very DIY ice bath with ice from the freezer complete with some deep breathing, and then to finish it off- a jump in the ocean.
