“Preserving the Brain,” the fourth installment of the Human Brains series at @fondazioneprada opens tomorrow. Concepted and curated in collaboration with Dr. Giancarlo Comi and the Fondazione Prada team, the exhibition explores the latest discoveries in neurodegeneratives by thirteen international neuroscience institutes and universities, from Harvard Medical School to Juntendo University Hospital in Juntendo, Japan, and the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden. We devised the space to comment on the collaborative nature of scientific research. Distinct sections for each research center converge in a common area to encourage dialogue and exchange.
