Buttt, if you are experiencing lots of shrinkage then that is a GOOD SIGN🤍 This means that your hair isn't heat or chemically damaged Before I started my curly hair journey, my curls were so damaged that they looked almost straight. I had no shrinkage whatsoever because my hair was so damaged. Once I did the big chop, I got tons of shrinkage but always wanted to discourage my hair from doing so until I realized that this was actually a sign of good hair health How much does your hair shrink?
