I’m on a mission to help deshame the world. The best way I know how to do this involves bringing all of my imperfections and things I am inclined to hide right to the front and center. It’s an intense experience but also incredibly freeing!! So as I speak candidly about my suicidal ideation, poverty, hiv... literally whatever is real for me, I’m finding myself accepting myself more and more!
