Happy National Girls and Women in Sports Day to the amazing young women I get the privilege to coach daily. Collegiate cheerleaders and dancers are so much more than the happy face on the sidelines, and I wish everyone could see the work and know these exceptional athletes the way I do. From 5:30am practices, extreme weather we smile through, to taking hits in stunts but always standing up with a smile to try again while fighting back the tears, my girls always show up. Thank you, girls, for your hard work, for following me into the fire, and for being the most beautiful athletes inside and out. Today and every day I celebrate yall!
