Throwing it back to one of our beautiful snacks, 'Trout, fennel pollen, citrus' tart 😍 Wiltshire trout, topped with tapioca pearls, marinated in citrus and finished with burnt lemon, fennel pollen and seasonal flowers... our chefs definitely took their time with this beauty.
