chickpea 🐟 tuna 🐟 sandwich I’ve made this recipe many times now and it’s always an instant favourite, and since it’s too hot outside to cook, I thought I reintroduce the classic Chickpea Tuna. Takes less than 5 minutes to prep and 1 minute to put everything together. For more recipes, follow @maxlamanna Tell me in the comments your favourite way to cool off in summer. 164g/ 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed 2 celery sticks, roughly diced 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 2 tbsp spring onions, chopped 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped 4 tbsp cornichons (or pickles), roughly chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp vegan mayo 1/2 lemon juice Pinch of salt and black pepper Combine all ingredients in a bowl Serve in a sandwich, on toast, with chips or crisps or in a wrap. *Want a more “fishy” taste?
