Wow 2023 what a year. I am so grateful for everything I got to do this year but here are 10 moments that just make me that much more excited for 2024 😭❤️ 1. Started the year with my first ever brand trip with @maccosmeticscanada which I got to bring my brother @nickruslifts along with me. My brother is the one who even set up my YouTube channel back in 2014 so it was such a special trip 2. I started my podcast @loudtalkwithlavi after toying around with the idea of a space to talk about topics I’m passionate about and getting my boyfriends help to come up with the name. We recorded 39 episodes in 2023, 20 of which included amazing guests over on all streaming platforms. 3. In February I got to go to Banff with @larocheposay which was such a special time and I got to connect with so many amazing people. 4. Toronto with @phinskin where I got to really love solo travelling and got really excited for the rest of the year. I got to meet @dimitradavidson on this trip which lead me to developing my capstone project for my engineering degree in school. 5. THIS WAS A DREAM COME TRUE. 13 year old me cried at hitting 100 subscribers and that was insane let alone 100k 😭 6. LA with @urbandecaycosmetics which was such a dream 🥰 this trip occurred after I had been travelling for 3 weeks already and I was so thankful to my team at my 9-5 for being so supportive of my dreams. 7. Completed my 16 month term as a project engineer. Being able to experience working full time in a 9-5 role as well as full time as a content creator was amazing and allowed me to really push my work potential. 8. Got to go back to Romania with my brother and family after 15 years!! This trip was so last minute but so so amazing! 9. Launched my skincare brand @nine2fiveskin with my co-founder @parkerchong this was such a new challenge for me and I’m so excited to grow this brand in 2024 10. Forever thankful to @herocosmetics_ca for bringing me to see Drake ahhh. From quoting Drake in my high school valedictorian speech to seeing him in concert was such a full circle moment
