Road to 300lbs back squat update:
I look like a mess in this video, but my workout was fantastic. Had a long ass day working nonstop but I still made it to the gym to get my squats in.
So volume was clearly the focus today. 101 reps and one exercise. My main goal right now is to prepare my body for the upcoming 300lbs that will rest on my back. The more I squat - the better my technique and the better my core to support such heavy weight.
I’m really excited to see how long it will take me to reach my goal. although I have to say the journey is making me happy already.
Daily supplements:
I currently supplement 7 servings of @perfectamino EAAs and one serving of molecular hydrogen to kill free radicals in my system.
Daily meals:
I’m probably too low at the moment with my calories but 2,200 feels amazing and I got enough energy to go through heavy sets of squats plus cardio earlier in the morning. I use @trifecta meal prep from Monday till Friday and enjoy the weekends where I become a chef myself and don’t count calories ;). I’ll continue one more week with 2,200 calories and check in with you then.
