Our president Mauricio Sulaiman and brother Hector paid a visit to the UK last week and met with Scott, Dave Walker and WBC Cares Ambassador Michael Watson MBE to pay a visit to the historic Repton Boxing Club which first opened in 1884. Stepping into the oldest boxing club in the UK, the air was filled with a sense of tradition, dedication, and the unmistakable passion for our sport. The visit was a chance to catch up with old friends and to reinforce WBC Cares commitment to the well-being of the next generation of aspiring athletes. The juniors shared stories of how boxing has helped them develop inside and out of the ring and likewise the team shared some motivational stories to inspire the young boxers to keep committed and working hard. 💛💚
