Albany Style 2024 - Now Streaming Everywhere In early 2024 @amancalledsin and @merendinosaur began brainstorming a new compilation to represent some of the current bands in the Albany Hardcore Scene. While just a sample, they felt this was an accurate representation of an exciting time in Upstate NY. Cover Art: @mayor_mayo, taking inspiration from the Albany Style releases from 1988 and 1999. Layout: @mathewdoesstuff - not a lot of people know it, but Matt from @sunblocband and EAAT is responsible for a lot of the layouts you see in some of your favorite records. If you’re putting together a release and are in need of his services, you should be talking to him. Finishing Audio Touches: Each band brought a different audio file to the table. @tree_walker_audio donated his time to ensure that all of the files were of a similar quality to ensure they sounded universal when pressed/streamed.
