Well that’s another year, I wanted to share a couple of things i do to celebrate the year we have had and prepare for the next. 1. Take stock of the past year: Reflecting on the past year both the good & not so good can help you identify patterns, successes, and challenges. Understanding these can inform your planning for the year ahead. Something I do is make a list of the major events, accomplishments, and difficulties of the past year. 2. Set goals for the coming year: Setting specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound goals (SMART goals) will always help you focus your efforts and make progress towards the things you want to achieve. I often say life is like a spinning a plate. if everything is in balance spinning that plate is easy, setting goals for the various slices of your life, such as personal, professional, and financial really helps. 3. Make a plan to achieve a balanced holistic Year ahead: it's important to make a plan for how you will achieve balance and enrich your life. This may involve breaking your goals down into smaller, more manageable tasks, and identifying any resources or support you may need. It can also be helpful to set deadlines and create accountability for yourself to stay on track. Take time to enjoy and celebrate what is most important. Life #loveoneanother @world.of.mentalhealth
