The Park District's Deputy General Manager Dr. Ana M. Alvarez has been selected to serve on California’s 30x30 Partnership Coordinating Committee. The 30x30 initiative aims to conserve 30 percent of the state’s lands and coastal waters by 2030 (30x30). The Committee will be coordinating state and federal public agencies, tribal partners, and other non-governmental partners in working toward the 30x30 goals.
