Once you understand yourself better you can get a sense of relief, less fear = less anxiety. . 👉Reason 1. These ideas could actually be your fears, things, places, ideas you've been avoiding already. To put yourself in those situations or even think about them cause a perceived danger = anxiety. . 👉Reason 2. If you are experiencing anxiety for other reasons/causes that are still present. Experiencing 'what if the worst' fearful thoughts will be normal part of the survival mechanism. The brain, It's job once perceiving danger is to look for potential danger before it decides you are safe. But if you are unaware of this and have no idea, agree with these thoughts or become afraid of them & do not know what to say back to yourselfz you could then now assign a new danger to yourself. Its my thoughts. Its my anxiety = more fear= more anxiety. . 💬I.e when I go walking I get fearful thoughts and feel anxious.
