Desert dreams πβ¨I tried a digital detox for 6 weeks and Iβm glad I did. I was always on my phone checking things consistently and it really exhausted my mind. Now my allowance for social media is 30mins/a day. I definitely sleep better and I donβt feel stressed much. Instead of using my phone, I go walk outside (minimum 5000 steps a day) and read books π I recommend doing this 100% π
