This is my Dad, along with my Mom he’s the reason I am the runner I am today. He has run 1,000 of miles with me and bikes next to me on days when he is injured, sick, or the workout is too fast. I’ve done all my summer training and off-season miles with him by my side. So today I got the opportunity to repay him and ride the bike next to him and talk about our favorite subjects of shoes and running while I am taking some time off.
