In case you haven’t noticed, it’s still hot here! 🥵 The good news? Our Spring/Summer menu is still here, so you can still enjoy some refreshing sippers, like the Royal Guava Fizz, for a bit longer! Our fearless leader @albaworksit created this beauty as a seasonal riff of the Diamond Fizz—traditionally gin, lemon, simple syrup and topped with Champagne. We make a guava syrup, since it goes so well with sparkling wine. The addition of the Select Apertivo is what really sets this one apart! Select has slight ginger and vanilla tasting notes, which turns this summer sipper into a tropical drink especially with the additional of the guava. All in all, Alba knocked this one out of the park 😉. Come give it a try before our menu changes!
