one day we need to talk about the reality of building & running your own business versus what the giRL bOsS and enTrepREneUr BRos on this app would have you believe. I’m still only 3 years in so maybe it does get as easy as #bosslife makes it look. for me it’s been a constantly evolving challenge and a jigsaw where the pieces seem to keep changing shape. the more you grow, the more expectations, demands and egos you’re contending with, without always having the tools to deal with them. *but* I currently employ 8 people at a company I had no actual plans to start, so I guess I’m doing something right. every year so far I’ve been happy with how @forwardslashinc has evolved, let’s see how the rest of 2022 pans out for us. #itseemslikenobodywantstoworkthesedays
