The Power Of 3 It’s been said that the key to successfully setting and achieving your goals is to narrow them down to 3. Why 3? Well for starters it forces you to get clear on what you consider to be the most pertinent goal you want to set for yourself. Second, focusing on 3 goals makes less overwhelming and more attainable thereby setting you up for success. I have decided to take this approach to narrow down and set my yoga goals: Asana poses: ☞︎ Deepen my backbending practice, i.e. more opening of my shoulders and spine. ☞︎ Splits! I’m so close I can smell it! ☞︎ Handstands! Longer hang time and improve my tuck jump. Overall practice: ☞︎ Breath work ☞︎ Greater fluidity and easy when moving on my mat. ☞︎ Balance!
