No matter where you go in the entire world, you will find Chicago Bulls gear in some way shape or form because it’s global and it’s as synonymous with basketball as the ball itself. 🏀 Today at 2pm EST on @coinbase, my NFT collaboration with the @chicagobulls goes live! As 1 of 23 artists, I was able to reimagine the legendary logo with the opportunity to donate a percentage to @afterschoolmatters! A Chicago-based nonprofit that supports after-school and summer programming. High Fives, High Hopes is an ode to the feeling of attending games or watching games at home in the ‘90s as a child. I chose to use illustrator because it was my first program I learned when I was a kid. I will also never forget the sound of my dad clapping in the living room while the game blared in the background. And of course, a nod to @ilovesunriseart!
