I have a bunch of Here are some tips: -Right when it's done steaming remove it to a storage container to let cool right away. It will keep your rice from continuing to cook (which will make it mushy) and allow it to cook and store faster. -speaking of storage, I like storing my rice in long, and shallow storage containers because you can spread it in a thin layer helping it cool faster. -I love these flat spatulas from @earlywood_designs for mixing rice as you can fluff it carefully without mashing the rice. -Looking for an extra flavor boost?
