Fun fact, and this might surprise you, I do not own Cdjs and I never have. Could never afford them, and dead ass still can’t afford them lol. I’ve acquired my own technique and style from djing nonstop for 8+ yrs I actually don’t know how to use sync on the Cdjs, I just use vinyl mode, never learnt how to use cdj mode. I need full control over the bpm anyway, to be able to control and manipulate the groove at any given moment and to beat match manually, because that’s how I like to play. My style of playing does not facilitate the use of the sync button, cause I like to use the Cdjs like a musical instrument. Moral of the story, don’t watch nobody else, just watch yourself.
