ANYONE CAN RUN!!! running can be so daunting because you have to be okay with not being amazing at when you start 🙃but that’s so fine!! we have to start somewhere and these are some of my little tips that i have learnt on my running journey so far. running is such a great thing to do alongside the gym and weights, improve your cardiovascular health and i bet you will see improvements in all forms of exercise. hope this helps, just try it out even if it’s a 5 min jog 🫶🏻 progress over perfection all day every day #running #runningtips #runwithme #gymmotivation #gymtok
