This is not really a corona related post, just a bit of corona induced nostalgia 🤍Alex and I got married 3 months ago today. On the 17th December, with 17 of our closet family there (before around 100 of our friends joined us at a bar in Kings Cross, with 4 days notice). Since then a few things have happened, I said goodbye to family and friends (mostly via FaceTime - social distancing), to Dalston, to my colleagues and friends of 5 years at ELLE and moved to San Francisco. I worked on incredible shoots with talented friends, I dressed and watched other talented friends win awards. I joined a girl band. I did one last fashion week with my incredible ELLE team. I went freelance. I went to Berlin, Belfast, Bulgaria, Paris and Copenhagen. We tried (and failed) to buy a flat, we packed up our lives and moved flights to beat travel bans 🤍 I’m incredibly grateful for the experiences I’ve had over the past few months, and the choices I’ve been able to make while we all had the freedom to make them. And for the people I love and got to share them with 🤍 ...felt cute might delete later.
