This process is magic for validating your feelings & having a way to find solutions.

🗣I feel like I NEED to cry this is tough, I am being silly. Stop it now.

🗣You SHOULD know what your doing, how come you don't know?

🗣I feel my body feels a bit ANXIOUS. Just say it's ok just keep going.

🗣I FEEL like I was once in this situation before, why does this keep happening? Why me?

🗣I am FOCUSED on how I am, I feel down.

This way of speaking to yourself is another way to shut down what you need. To block your own growth. Put yourself down. These thoughts are all learnt from people in your past, the environments you were in &are in, or the way you viewed situations.

Here's a more supportive way to speak to yourself.

❤I UNDERSTAND 🤗you need to cry, this IS tough & emotions are normal, you need to allow yourself to let that out. Maybe not now but later on schedule a sad film or song to have a good😓

❤I must CHAMPION myself. If i don't know then I've not learnt it, I am capable of learning anything, I must look for ways to do that.

❤I FEEL anxious. What is my body trying to tell me? What do I need? Water, breathe a break? Etc. I CAN stop to action what I need to feel calmer.

❤I keep finding myself in the SAME situation. I am GOING TO look at my patterns or thought-feelings-behaviour to find out what I do to keep being here. Then I can change that(TRY CBT)

❤DISTRACT -what made me smile? what does cheer me up? Let's do that
