The Wild Turkey pop up diner at Straker’s restaurant has a menu curated by @thomas_straker himself. Think legendary Wild Turkey bourbon cocktails and a fresh take on a traditional Thanksgiving menu. Expect fried turkey schnitzel, grilled langoustine with a whiskey bisque and decadent chocolate mousse with a Wild Turkey caramel sauce. Drinks start with the granddad of all cocktails, the 101 Old Fashioned, followed by another classic American cocktail, The Buck (a highball that combines ginger ale, lemon juice and the bold spicy notes of Wild Turkey Rye). Finally, you can enjoy a Gold Rush, a bourbon version of a sour, originally created by leading cocktail bar, Milk & Honey. And a sip of Longbranch bourbon will round of the night.
