This year for our #BigSocial Fundraiser for @communityfoodcentresca we are making Chinese walnut cookies 合桃酥 Hup Toh Soh! Like with a lot of the food from our childhood, @rachelttong and I like to dive into a bit of the cultural history. Apparently these cookies were first made by porcelain makers in a village in China. How awesome is that, wanna know more? Check out our recipe card for what we learned, and for our adapted recipe so you can make it to enjoy.
