#MedalMonday is here. I felt really strong yesterday for #lisbonhalfmarathon - all the Seasons were chucked at us weather wise, and a half marathon feels a long way🤣. Nutrition and hydration worked well. Always good to run with friends and #ihavethebestcoachesintheworld - now to get prepped for the main event - #sheultra2025 💪🏔️. Finish line song wasn’t really a ‘fast run’ song, but it brought all the feels 🥹
