Ladies please understand we simply don’t have the levels of testosterone in order to make us look like a man. Just because you train your upper body 2-3 times a week doesn’t mean you’re going to wake up looking like a body builder. Most of them are taking something to look like that so trust me you have nothing to worry about. Simply eating clean and training your upperbody will not I repeat will not have you looking masculine. Now stop neglecting your upperbody and get to work !!️!!️!!️!!️
