When do you feel most confident?🤷‍♀️ I've come to realise I don't feel most confident in my skin when covered... I actually feel more anxious as I’m constantly worrying that someone will see it. But when I Flaunt my flares I don’t worry if people can see them because I know they can. Eczema is an up and down ride, sometimes your skin is great... Sometimes not so great... That's why eczema is so hard to deal with, it’s different every day and you truly don’t have a lot of control over that. So when those flares hit, it can be hard to shake that little anxious voice that's pulling you down. FLAUNT THEM FLARES because out there is someone who’s struggling and feeling the exact same way as you are.
 I have been empowered by others to show my skin, let’s domino this feeling. The more we share our REAL skin the more normal and accepted it shall become. You can either see that girl or be that girl. I choose to be that girl. 

No one can hurt me because I'm acknowledging my insecurities and taking control of my narrative; It’s not poor me – it’s powerful me. I hope in the future people won’t feel as self-conscious as they do - because we will all be uniting in our suffering, sharing and showing our skin rather than hiding it.
