b a k e d ~ yesterday we shared what @westbourne team has ideated, researched, tested + baked to bring our House Baking Mixes to life. sustainability starts at the source and what each of us can do is support what we know we need: a new food system. with regeneratively farmed ingredients, cover crops like oat + buckwheat, we’re bringing you baking staples that are naturally gluten free + vegan, with no binders + all the flavor, meant to swing sweet or savory. yesterday, along with our growing @westbourne village + my dream co-hosts - @leannecitrone, @lizzymathis - we each rolled, topped + baked galettes made with our House Pie Crust Mix. a beautiful example that baking is the ultimate act of activism to connect + bring communities together.
