I will be the 1st one to admit that I don’t always feel comfortable in my own skin 👹 Which can be a difficult internal battle for me; considering I am not someone who wears makeup to the #gym or at home, or truthfully, I don’t wear makeup 90% of the time 🤷🏼‍♀️ and yet I tend to +++ a little/sometimes a lot of “natural makeup” to my routine before taking #photos or even before making #videos I know I will want to share... And yet, I - like I imagine most people - want to share my story with everyone in the most honest way possible!... but the moment I would see my flawed skin on camera I felt like all I was noticing was my imperfect skin 😳🤯😭 So many times I thought “🦆-it”, because I feel happy with who I am 🙂, flaws & all 🙃 BUT for those of us taking selfies, it is no big secret that the moment our cameras on our phone flip- around, we notice that our imperfections seem to be amplified by our glorious 📱 cameras 🙈 Ergo a skin care journey that has taken me through MANY dermatologists + aesthetician + skincare specialists offices and thru 1,001 different skincare products 🔮🧼🧪 and yet, until I found 👩🏻‍⚕️ @celebnursev & 📍 @beautyloungemedspa - a few years back, I had yet to get any treatments / lasering/ enough lbs of serums/ lotions/scrubs / or magical potions 🪄 that actually seemed to help get rid of my dreaded uneven skin complexion or help the appearance & irritation from my blemishes! And while I may not- yet- have reached the pinnacle of skin- perfection, I always feel so much more confident leaving 🫶🏼 BLMS knowing that I have given life back to my skin that not only benefit the overall #health of my skin now & in the long-run, but have the appearance of my skin looking more glowy, feeling more refreshed and having overall happy and healthier skin until my next visit!🌱🙃🌺 🏖 now I can enjoy my #vacation in the sand, with/without #makeup 🫧 feeling relaxed, refreshed and more confident that my #skin isn’t just looking it’s best but is on its journey to being the healthiest it’s ever been 🌈🙃😎
