I was introduced to Chaz over a year ago with the intention of producing his next album. We hit it off instantly over Zoom and were looking for ways to work remotely due to the pandemic. He then sent me a body of work he had put together —something he had made in private with a few hand-selected friends who were POC, minorities, immigrants & LBTQ+. He was having trouble getting his label at the time to give it any attention and wanted my opinion. The album was a story of a man falling out of a loveless relationship with America - I was hooked. “We Look So Good” was song 1 of 10 on that album, and I am so proud to say we are now releasing this beautiful body of work with @nvakcollective.
