The first glimpse into our film ‘Mango Skin’ for you. We were fortunate to collaborate with artists Zain (@znali) and Ibtisam (@dyeing.slowly) from @znali.co to put together the clothing for our characters in the story set in 1989 London. @znali writes, ‘when I read the script for mango skin, the dialogue reminded me of complex memories I have of my parents supporting, loving, struggling but persevering for one another as they tried to make a home in a small flat above an indian sweet shop in east london. the clothes they wore were pristine.
