Il Corridoio Rosso — 39 Racconti. A narrative and photo essay on a specific corridor in the home of art historian Giovanni Agosti published by @selfpublishbehappy on the occasion of @triennalemilano Unknown Unknowns.
The mystery lurks behind every door. Entering and leaving the rooms, the observer is stimulated to reflect on the limits of knowledge.
The path, up and down the times of history, dates back to Leonardo da Vinci, with a study of an anthropomorphic moon. One looks out over the natural phenomena of the earth or unleashes his own imagination, until he realizes that there are the abysses of what will be called the unconscious.
The only possible exit from this montage of attractions, where the viewer is left without escape, can only be from an Etruscan tomb, while what lies behind the frosted glass door at the end of the long red corridor will remain unknown.
Many thanks to @brunoceschel and Giovanni Agosti.
