4 move flow to reset & feel goood 🌞 - tricep push-up with leg lift x 12 each side - upside down plank w/ knee drives x 30 - side plank oblique crunch x 12 each side - side plank oblique crunch with opposite knee x 12 each side - ocean dunk (optional ;)) repeat 3 times!! I don’t usually work out on vacation- I more so prioritize a ton of outdoor movement like walks, hikes, swims, surfing, etc! But I love a quick flow in the morning to get my body awake and moving!
