happy hemPeriods for all! 🌿 introducing @rifcare biodegradable period products (this is not an ad, im just THIS stoked :) what are your eco period hacks? it's such a tough call when it comes to caring for your body and the planet, we're often forced to choose and it's friggin heartbreaking. many pads and tampons are bleached and use wasteful plastic applicators ❌ i wish i could use a cup but they cause me so much pain, tampons too. i love my period undies but it would mean buying a lot of pairs to use them exclusively, and they're not biodegradable either. 💔 but im always ALWAYS down to support regeneratively grown hemp 🌱 products that create more demand for hemp usage/production in the US 🙌🏽 both @rifcare and my fav cbd @onda.wellness are lifesavers on my cycle and help make my periods a pleasure. i can't even believe i'm saying that but i actually can...hemp has healed me in so many ways!! i am eternally grateful to this plant! 🌿🌿 ask away if you need any tips - i've tried it all! sending love to anyone with a womb who has struggled, you are not alone 👯‍♀️🥀🫶🏽💋
