Behind every orphaned elephant is a dedicated Keeper, supporting them every step of the way. In the wild, raising a baby elephant is a family affair. It is no different for our orphan herd. A team of Keepers nurture them through their infancy, teaching them by day and sleeping alongside them by night. As the orphans grow older, Keepers guide them into independence, until they are able to reclaim their place in the wild.
