Story time 💭 this note I’ve had saved from one of my fave teachers from school, who saw something in me when I didn’t. On a real - A Level results day was the WORST day I ever had, I didn’t get the grades I wanted, I did really really terrible. I didn’t get into to the uni I applied to. I felt like such a failure and disappointment. I remember seeing everyone around me so happy and I didn’t know what I would do with my life at that point. I just knew I wanted to work in the media industry or be an actress lol I was so scared, I felt like I had let myself and my family down especially as everyone was so academic and I wasn’t. School was never my strong point, till this day I’ve never even passed my maths exams and now I use maths like a wiz for my radio shows. I was never bothered about going to uni, it was just something I thought I had to do cos everyone did it. I managed to get myself into a university through clearing and really turned it around for myself, I ended up having the best time and finishing it off with a First Class Honours. Which is something I never could of imagined but I’m SO proud of.
