This #futureshaper Friday, meet Kevin, a materials handler in El Paso, Texas. Kevin, who's part of our Hispanic Employee Network, plays a big role in organizing activities to commemorate holidays and recognize employees celebrating career anniversaries at his site. This #HispanicHeritageMonth, we caught up with him to talk about why building community at work is impactful. “At our site alone, we have people of many different cultures, so I feel lucky to get to know their traditions and bond over shared experiences," Kevin said. He added: “Distribution centers are large, but here, I feel that we are all bonded in some way.
