Class of 2021 - The valedictorians. Accolades are really great and screaming and hugging colleagues in the middle of the kitchen and then trying to pour 150 glasses of champagne from a jeroboam (for guests and for us) and then switching back to service was fantastic and hectic and hilarious and fun, but honestly I wouldn’t have needed it - I get great joy every day being part of this group of people and even greater joy from serving others they way we do, together.
