d a u g h t e r s ~ a national day of daughters made me reflect with exhilaration for my baby girl and her vibrant spirit yet at the same time grave sadness for the state of women around the world. witnessing the fierce bravery of mothers, daughters, sisters in iran and those fighting for reproductive rights here in the us gives me hope... it’s an intense hill to climb day in and day out, and i am training this one to do it unapologetically.
