These personnel are there to ensure everything is fully accessible to survivors that have disabilities, access and functional needs, work with all FEMA programs to make sure they are accesible to survivors and provide trainings on how to use all accessibility resources to make sure the centers and staff are prepared to provide the best possible service to survivors.
